Everything Happens for a Reason. 🅔 🅗 🅕 🅐 🅡. Sounds cliché, right? And it’s usually the very last thing someone going through something unpleasant wants to hear. BUT, I believe in my very heart of hearts that it’s true. I honestly do.
I’m a glass is half-full, kind of girl. I want to believe that even bad things are part of a bigger plan. I believe in God’s plan. I want to believe that when life gives you lemons, you should make a lemon drop. 🍋
I’ve had many ups and downs in life. Some of them painful. And while I couldn’t see what good could come out of the bad situation while I was in the middle of it, I wanted with all my heart and soul to believe there was a reason for it.
At the end of the day, after all the tears and sorrow were gone, I found some rays of hope 🔆and happiness and joy. The pain of loss is now just a distant memory and I gained some new friends and a lot of strength along the way. 💪🏼
Perhaps I’m just a big romantic or maybe I’m not what is considered a “realist”, but I am most definitely hopeful and want to believe there is a small amount of good in everything and everyone. So, I DO believe that everything happens for a reason. Because changes in our life, whether good or bad, happen for a reason and sends us on a path to a meaningful lesson or maybe even our next adventure! 🚀
I was born and raised in sunny, Southern California. I spent four years in the Phoenix area of Arizona from 1994-1998, where I met my husband. We got married on September 12th, 1998 and moved to San Marcos (north San Diego County) in June of 2003. My husband was in construction for many years and I spent 10 years in the mortgage industry. When my son was born 13 weeks premature in December of 2008 my whole world changed. I stepped out of the mortgage business and stayed home for as long as I could with my little boy.
I spent 2013 working my Silpada business and was able to make it to National Conference in Kansas City last summer. I had some ladies join my team last year and I've really enjoyed the closeness of my Silpada family! Silpada has allowed me to stay home and make some extra money on my own time and set my own hours. It has really been such a blessing. If you like great quality jewelry, please check out my website I'll be posting fun things here regarding Silpada from time to time. It really is great quality, (.925) sterling silver jewelry.
My little one turned 5 in December and he'll be starting school in the fall. Just this past May, I decided to get back to work and I am a part-time assistant to a very nice gentleman and Realtor named Peter Buehrle. I can tell that in the very short time I've been there that he is very good at what he does and is very well liked by his clients and his peers alike. I love my hours and I love being able to assist in helping people find their dream homes.
I also decided that I really want to do something I love; And that is write. Although I'm not sure people will want to read what I have to say, I decided to just go for it. I find it very soothing and therapeutic and I really hope people enjoy my posts.
